Sunday Prep Club: Prep Now, Thank Yourself Later
A little planning and a lot of flavor. Here's everything I made to make my week easier (and tastier). Breakfast, lunch, and dessert all in about 2 hours!
Boo! 👻 Just kidding… no Sunday Scaries are allowed around here. I hope you’ve had a great week and that you’re looking forward to the week ahead! Now… I’d like to welcome you to the Sunday Prep Club. What is Sunday Prep Club, you ask? It’s where I spill the tea on what I prepped to set myself up for a smoother week. Hopefully, this will help to make your week a little easier, too!
This time, we’ve got a filling Eggwich Breakfast Sandwich, the yummiest Mango Coconut Chia Seed Pudding, a Caprese Chicken Pasta Salad for lunch, and a drool-inducing Strawberry Protein Fluff for dessert. Everything came together in about two hours total, thanks to a little multitasking, and I’ve included a few tips to help you do the same! Let’s prep!
